China Import Expo, Kunshan 2015, jointly held by the Ministry of Commerce, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government, opened in the city of Kunshan in Jiangsu province on May 20.
Themed on “open cooperation, transformation and upgrading”, the expo mainly displays brand products and new technology encouraged by the country and Jiangsu province in equipment manufacturing, environmental protection technology and life consumption areas. The expo covers an area of 80,000 square meters and has attracted 681 exhibitors from 43 countries and regions including the U.S., Canada and Germany with 12 delegations from countries along the “Belt and Road”.
Vice Director of the Bureau of Foreign Trade Development Jia Guoyong attended the relevant activities.
