The Ministry of Commerce Decides to Conduct the Expiry Review on the Anti-dumping Measures Applicable to the Imported Nylon 6 Chips Originating in the United States, the EU, Russia and Taiwan

The Ministry of Commerce published the No.10 Announcement this year on April 21, deciding to conduct the expiry review investigation on the anti-dumping measures applicable to the imported nylon 6 chips originating in the United States, the EU, Russia and Taiwan since April 22.

The Ministry of Commerce published the No.15 Announcement of 2010 on April 20 2010, deciding to impose anti-dumping duties on the imported nylon 6 chips originating in the United States, the EU, Russia and Taiwan. The implementation period is five years since April 22, 2010.

On February 21 2015, the nylon 6 chips industry of main land China asked for an expiry review investigation on the anti-dumping measures applicable to the imported nylon 6 chips originating in the United States, the EU, Russia and Taiwan and continued to maintain these anti-dumping measures. After examining it, the Ministry of Commerce thought that this application conformed to the registering requirement, and decided to register and investigate it. According to the provisions of PRC's Regulations on Anti-dumping, after the reexamination, the levying time limit can be prolonged appropriately if the termination of the imposition of anti-dumping duties may cause the continuing or reoccurrence of dumping and damage.
