Definitive AD Duty Has Been Imposed on Steel Cable Imports From China by Mexico

Mexico's Secretariat of Economy has announced that it has imposed a definitive antidumping (AD) duty on steel cable imports from China.

Accordingly, the secretariat has found price discrimination and unfair trade practices in steel cable imports from China. The antidumping duty for the abovementioned product stands at $2.58 per kg.

The products subject to antidumping duty currently fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7312.10.01, 7312.10.05, 7312.10.07 and 7312.10.99.
