E-commerce has been developing in quite a vigorous manner in recent years. So the industrial standardization and popularization will definitely play an important role in its further development. Under this circumstance, China’s Ministry of Commerce put forward the next key emphasis on E-commerce industry with five points as followed. First, regarding creating environment, E-commerce industry should actively participate in NPC law-making. Second, start the second batch of the creation of National E-commerce Demonstration Base.
Third, start the reporting and review matters for E-commerce demonstration enterprises in 2015 and 2016. Fourth, work together with the State Post Bureau to promote the pilot collaborative development among E-commerce, logistics and express. Fifth, further advance the comprehensive business department of E-commerce in rural areas.
