Pad Print Machinery of Vermont’s specialty is in custom designing inkjet solutions for specific print application. This latest digital monochrome inkjet system designed at our Vermont facility utilizes two servo-driven over-under conveyors, dual-head corona pretreatment system, custom fixtures and pick-and-place unloading device for multi-sized medical trays.
Included with each inkjet system is a customized PCL with a touch screen to store and recall product print parameters. The printing speed of this inkjet is up to 14" per second, single-pass. The Xaar print head uses a grayscale technology to produce high quality text and images.
Digital inkjet printing is an innovative solution for all types of marking challenges. Excellent for variable image data on short or long production runs in a single-pass. An inkjet system has advantages over traditional printing methods because the inkjet requires no pads, clichés or screens to change. The ink is instantly cured allowing the product to be packed and shipped the same day.
