After three day strict check, the vehicle fits the special vehicle and device standard and get the Manufacture License of Special Equipment issued by General Administration of Quality Supervision.
The tests include stability, noise, maximum gradeability, accelerating ability, tractive effort and reliability and the company has to provide quality certification for the key parts for the vehicle.
