Glass pendants are nice, but what about something entirely different? Andreau Carulla's new Facetada Ceiling Lamp was created from a Facetat dish. Kind of like a flattened disco ball with a completely new lighting system, this futuristic design is made from a flat geometric serving dish. This special dish was custom designed exclusively for the restaurant El Celler de Can Roca, located in Girona, Catalonia, Spain.

The final result of the Facetada lamp creates a shimmering light piece with a lightweight appearance. The bendable geometric surface distributes the light uniformly on the bottom, while enabling reflections of spectacular patterns to occur on the ceiling. Watch the video below for the complete scoop.
