McLaren Unveils 570GT Ahead of Geneva International Motor Show

This sports car will be unveiled at the 86th Geneva International Motor Show in March.

The company says that the 570GT has been designed for day-to-day use and long-distance touring.

It is the third model in McLaren's sports lineup alongside the 570S Coupe and 540C Coupe.

The 570GT is powered by 3.8 liter twin-turbo V8 engine. It produces 570PS (562bhp) and 600Nm (443lb ft).

It can accelerate from 0-100km/h (0-62mph) in 3.4 seconds and can reach a top speed of 328km/h.

The power output from the engine is transmitted through a seven-speed transmission system.

It is equipped with an electro-hydraulic steering system which has been designed to smooth out driver inputs at high speed cruising.

The chassis of the vehicle has been built using carbon fibre MonoCell II and the clean lines of the new glasshouse give a sleek look to the car.

The roof of the vehicle has a fixed glass panoramic. This glass house design runs through the side-opening glass hatch.

The roof glass also features SSF (Sound & Solar Film) that absorb both solar radiation and also provide additional noise insulation.

Apart from these, the car also features electrically adjustable heated seats, front and rear parking sensors, easy entry/exit function, soft-close doors and quieter exhaust system compared to 570S Coupe.
