Lexus Laughs at LF-SA Model Ahead of Geneva Motor Show

Toyota's luxury car division Lexus has teased the image of its new concept car dubbed LF-SA ahead of its official debut at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show.

According to the luxury car maker, the new concept car will illustrate new design trends with bold and emotional execution.

The teased image shows a high hood line which is expected to preview a new Lexus SUV "coupe", that could rival BMW Group's Mini, and Audi A1.

The image also shows the lack of exterior side view mirrors which is similar to the LF-A concept debuted in 2004, reported Car and Driver.

The LF-SA concept is expected to go on sale in 2018, with production model only offering hybrid powertrain, reported Automotive News.

Lexus said: "In a future world which many people see as increasingly influenced by technology and virtual experiences, the LF-SA concept is also a driver-focused vehicle, reflecting Lexus' vision that real experience will remain ultimate luxury."
