Porsche Will Recruit More Than 3000 Employees in 5 years

Porsche CEO Mullen has confirmed that the next five years, the company will recruit more than 3,000 employees again.

In the past three years, the Porsche world's total number of employees increased from 12,000 to 17,000 people. Mullen said they will employ more than 3,000 people in 2018, to provide staff support for the company's growth plan. Porsche plans annual global sales reach 200,000 vehicles in 2018.

In 2012, Porsche sales reached a new high of 141,075 vehicles, an increase of 18.7% compared to 118868 in 2011. In accordance with the current pace of growth, they may achieve the goal in advance.

As part of the planning, Porsche will also improve the competitiveness of the plant, and enhance the flexibility. The company also is working to establish a modern, attractiveness employing framework.
