Crayola Bus Tour Enjoys 'Fantastic Early Response' From Kids and Consumers

The Crayola Bus Tour will stop at various retailers across the country as the popular children's arts and craft brand celebrates '100 years of colour'.

Crowds of over 500 members of the public have already stepped aboard an exclusive Crayola themed bus, just two days into its UK tour.

The Crayola Bus Tour will stop at various retailers across the country as the popular children’s arts and craft brand celebrates ‘100 years of colour.’

The tour has already enjoyed a ‘fantastic response’ from consumers who upon arrival are greeted by an array of fun performers before boarding the Crayola branded double decker bus.

The tour kicked off at the Southampton Toys R Us store before journeying on to the Reading Hobbycraft store. The tour will run until September 3rd this year, visiting a selection of Toys R Us and Smyths stores across the UK along the way.

“We are thrilled with the response we have had from consumers on the tour so far,” said Zaja Calder-Grant, Crayola brand manager at Vivid.

“The bus looks fantastic and it’s great to have so many people joining us to celebrate tis milestone for the Crayola brand in the UK. It has also been brilliant to see kids interacting with the products on the bus, the Cling Creator and Model Magic have been firm favourites so far, but the parents have been enjoying the adult colouring section a lot, too.”

Updates and appearance schedules for the Crayola Anniversary Bus Tour will be posted on the Crayola UK website www.crayola.co.uk in partnership with the specific retailers as well as social media support to communicate direct to consumers via a dedicated UK Facebook event page.
