German automaker Audi will unveil the new Audi TT and the Audi TTS vehicles along with the launch of new Audi S7 Sportback at the 2014 Auto Mobil International (AMI) scheduled to be held in Leipzig.
The new Audi S7 Sportback will be powered by a 4L turbo V8 engine paired to a seven speed S tronic transmission capable of delivering an output of 450hp.
The vehicle is also available with option for 3L TDI V6 Clean Diesel engine and a more powerful 3L TDI bi-turbo with an output capacity of 320HP (235 kW) when mated to an eight-speed tiptronic transmission.
According to the company, the Sportback offers fuel consumption of 25.3mpg and CO2 emissions in 215g/km.
Audi Germany Sales head Wayne Griffiths said that the new S7 Sportback is a true athlete.
"Like all S models, it embodies the sporty character of the Audi brand and demonstrates its special status within our portfolio in terms of both appearance and performance," Griffiths added.
Both the Audi TT and the Audi TTS are claimed to offer similar fuel consumption of 7.1L/100 km and CO2 emissions of 164g/km, and are yet to be approved for production.
