Kellogg Canada is recalling certain Pringles brand Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips as they contain milk which is not mentioned on the label, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) announced.
The recalled product is Pringles Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips of 168g and 181g featuring UPC codes 0 64100 85246 4 and 0 37000 23009 0. All the best before dates of the product are affected by this alert.
To date, no illnesses have been reported associated with the consumption of the product; however, people intolerant to milk are at a risk of a life-threatening reaction if they eat the product.
Kellogg Canada is voluntarily recalling the affected product from the marketplace, while the CFIA is monitoring the effectiveness of the recall.
