NAVAIR Has Awarded a Contract to Northrop Grumman to Provide Gen II Mission Computers

The US Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has awarded a contract to Northrop Grumman to provide Gen II mission computers in support of the US Marine Corps (USMC) H-1 helicopter upgrade programme.

The new suite includes voluntary benefit products such as critical illness, accident, short term disability and whole life insurance in addition to its already existing products, namely Auto, Renters and Homeowners insurance.

In order to deliver products and services primarily to the mid-size employer market of companies with 50 to 500 employees, Kemper Benefits is working with a distribution driven strategy across a network of brokers in the US.

Kemper's chairman, president and chief executive officer Donald Southwell said that new products will assist employees to meet their future financial and healthcare challenges.

"With the breadth of products and services it offers, Kemper Benefits enables employees to obtain the coverage they need to protect themselves and their families," Southwell added.

The company will also set to introduce its Kemper Benefits products in a series of trade shows across the country, scheduled later this year.
