Certain Packs of Smoked Salmon Were Recalled by The Fine Seafood Company

UK-based The Fine Seafood Company has recalled 'Whiskey Cured and Oak Smoked' Smoked Salmon due to the presence of high levels of Listeria monocytogenes, a a bacterium that can cause illness.

The affected product includes all date of codes of Smoked Salmon (Whiskey Cured and Oak Smoked) under Fine Seafood Co in 70g, grey-coloured packs.

The UK Food Standards Agency (FSA) has issued a Product Recall Information Notice, and Point-of-sale notices have been displayed in stores.

Customers who have bought the above product can return it to the store for a full refund.
