Corporate Floors Announced Acquisition of Commercial Assets and Talent of Simply Floor It

Corporate Floors is pleased to announce the acquisition of the commercial assets and talent of Simply Floor It and the addition of William R. Henry. Bill brings over 25 years of commercial real estate experience to the product sales team, having served in various executive-level capacities at Trammell Crow, Merrill Lynch Commercial Real Estate, and EquiSource Capital.

Bill will work under the banner of Corporate Floors moving forward, and all current Simply Floor It projects will be transferred over to Corporate Floors.

Bill will continue servicing the commercial, government, and hospitality sales capacity and will have the additional resources of the Corporate Floors team.  He will be representing our "zero carpet to landfill" policy and other value-added solutions such as MilliCare Carpet and Textile Care, Saniglaze Tile and Grout Restoration, Schutz Performance Coatings, Stone Restoration and Maintenance, Starnet Commercial Flooring, and our "Green Express" paint and carpet service.

"Bill brings vast experience in the commercial real estate market from the customers perspective and we are excited to have him join our team!" said Thomas Holland, President of Corporate Floors.

The first flooring company in the Metroplex to be Green Advantage Certified, Corporate Floors has a "zero carpet to landfill" pledge, and in 2007 started TexasCarpetRecycling.com, which finds new use for all old carpet, no matter the fiber or backing type. Through their partnership with American Forests, Corporate Floors has planted over 4,000 trees to date with American Forests' ReLeaf program.
