Ever So Saucy Foods by Chef Frank to Debut on QVC

Ever So Saucy Foods by Chef Frank, the new brand of handmade, all natural and tradition-inspired fine prepared food line, will debut on QVC.

The broadcast will represent the brand's national launch with the network. Ever So Saucy fine foods range from hors d'oeuvre such as Filet Mignon Wellington Bites, Crab Tarts and Gorgonzola & Apple Palmier Crisps to large format main dishes serving up to six, including Maine Lobster Lasagna, Wild Mushroom Truffled Mac n' Cheese and Rigatoni Bolognese. All are prepared in Chef Frank's Yaphank, NY state-of-the-art FDA approved kitchen facility, where they are hand packed and then fresh frozen by a proprietary blast freeze process at -25 degrees Fahrenheit that seals in the natural flavors and nutrients, while preserving the just-out-of-the-oven taste.

"After a 30 year career as an executive chef restaurateur, I have devoted the last five to realizing my long-held dream of creating my own line of products that deliver restaurant quality food to the home kitchen," states the European trained Chef Frank, a graduate of the prestigious La Varrenne Culinary Institute in Paris.

The first Ever So Saucy product to premiere on QVC will be Chicken Parmigiano Explosion, Chef Frank's riff on a chicken parm "hero" (a.k.a. sub, hoagie, grinder or wedge) with large chunks of white meat, Chef Frank's marinara sauce made with tomatoes imported from Italy, toasted semolina bread slices and mozzarella. At two-and-a-half pounds, it serves up to six after being re-heated and will be sold in a two-pack format - two of the two-and-half-pound dishes for a total of five pounds or up to some 12 servings.

Chef Frank uses semolina bread from Cammareri Bros, Bakery, which was featured in the beloved hit movie Moonstruck, in the dish because, "Semolina is a heartier flour than conventional flour, so the bread made from it cooks better, holding up better. In the Chicken Parmigiano Explosion, it gets a nice crispy crunch on the top, but remains soft underneath, the perfect complement for the meat, cheese and sauce."

Ever So Saucy by Chef Frank also plans to introduce a trio of flavors via QVC from its international pot pie collection - Chicken Cordon Bleu, Beef Bourguignon and Antipasto. Hearty, over one pound each, they are baked in Chef Frank's flaky, melt-in-your-mouth artisan pastry and serve two.

Ever So Saucy Foods by Chef Frank will debut on QVC on Jan. 21 at 10 p.m. EST, signaling the national launch of the brand of handmade, all natural, restaurant quality and tradition-inspired fine foods By Chef Frank Tramantano, prepared, packaged and shipped from his Long Island, NY facility located at 52 Old Dock Road, Yaphank, NY 11980.
