Herma 362E for two-sided labeling includes various components with the larger M-series, comprising enclosed stable and durable stainless steel machine stand as well as the parts responsible for aligning and stabilizing the product.

The E-series machine is said to be suitable for challenging workflows and high-speed operation and occupies only a little more space than the more petite C-series, according to the company.

Herma labeling machines division head Martin Kühl said multinational companies in particular, such as in the food industry, are opting for globally universal machine standards in their individual plants.

"Being able to offer the same machine with two different, but comparable controls, increases flexibility - both for users and for us," Kühl added.

The system dispenses with a centring device as well as a scroll-type separator components, which would offer labeling accuracy.

The company will exhibit its 362E type machine for two-sided labeling at Interpack in Düsseldorf, Germany from 8 to 14 May 2014.
