Middle Eastern style food product maker Sabra Dipping has launched 2-oz snack size pack of its Roasted Red Pepper Hummus.
Available in six-count pack, the single serving hummus dip is said to be vegan and gluten-free.
The company said that the latest pack is designed to meet the requirements of consumer snacking needs at home, at school, and on-the-go.
Sabra Dipping director of marketing Greg Greene said that demand for the company's single-serving products have gained popularity in the market, and in the past five years single serve sizes in the fresh dip category has also surged.
Greene added: "Roasted Red Pepper is one of our top three flavors, and the original idea for the product actually came from a consumer's request on Facebook.
"So we're glad it will be even more convenient for hummus-fans to enjoy anytime, anywhere."
Sabra Dipping said that the $4.99 six-count pack grocery pack of Roasted Red Pepper Hummus has been rolled out across the US.
