Nualight, the Irish LED manufacturer has appointed Shaun Gray as its new CEO.
Gray replaces Nualight's founder Dr Liam Kelly who is retiring but will still remain on the group's board.

Gray was formerly CEO of ZBD Solutions where he is credited with taking the business through consistent year-on-year growth for four years at an annual growth rate of more than 200 per cent.
He has also spent just under 10 years at Siemens where he was board member of its German-based financial services division.
After Dr Kelly founded the company in 2005, Nualight become known for providing LED lighting in the refrigerated cabinets of grocery chains such as Tesco in Europe and North America.
Nualight chairman, Per Langholz said he wanted "to pay tribute to Dr Liam Kelly for his immense contribution to Nualight, from start-up through to our international expansion and progress over recent years."
In 2011, Nualight acquired Lumotech BV and is now a group with three divisions: retail (Nualight brand), commercial (Lumoluce brand) and drivers and controls (Lumotech brand).
