ANNA SCOTT uses Apps4Fashion globally for order entry of both presales and direct orders and as digital catalogue/lookbook. This makes that ANNA SCOTT is flexible and always up-to-date with information and in communication with agents. Besides that, the presentation of collections is greatly simplified and orders are automatically processed in their ERP system.

Previously, most of ANNA SCOTTs agents manually wrote their orders on an order block, after which the back office staff had to enter the orders in the ERP system. This was a time consuming and error prone part of the sales process. In addition, catalogues were still printed on paper and all color variants of a style were still sampled.

Major savings

Theo de Prenter, CEO ANNA SCOTT: “Now that we are using Apps4Fashion, we can show all color variants of a style on the iPad during the presales season. The color variants no longer have to be sampled but can quickly and cheaply be made in Photoshop.”

“Besides that orders can directly be signed on screen. The signature is placed on the order (PDF), which legally validates the document. Orders entered on the iPad or iPhone are directly processed in our ERP system. This is an enormous relieve of the workload for our backoffice. The efficiency increase we make is so high that we save over one FTE!”

Improved communication with agents

"It is a great advantage that we no longer need printed catalogues. This saves in printing costs, increases our flexibility and also simplifies the communication. Previously –when a model was canceled- we had to communicate with each agent exactly which model and color variant was canceled. There was often miscommunication which led to the situation that still orders were placed for the canceled item. Because our digital book collection is always up to date, it is clear to everyone what can be sold. It just works so much more efficient." says Theo de Prenter.

Thinking along with retailers

Theo de Prenter: "Besides working with Apps4Fashion, we want to make it even more easy for our retail customers to work with us. In our B2B shop, retailers will soon have the opportunity to swap styles which don’t sell well enough in the shop. The retailers know what styles suit their customers best and decides what is sold in the shop, rather that we as a supplier designate what the alternative should be."
