Panama Jack Expands License to Add Fishing Apparel, Body Boards and More

Panama Jack has expanded its licensing agreement with Gulf Coast Panama Jack Inc to include fishing apparel; body boards; beach chairs, umbrellas and cabanas; beach towels and blankets; neoprene coasters and volleyballs.

Gulf Coast, which is based in Panama City, FL has made Panama Jack-branded board shorts and rash guards since 2000 under license. It is also the official wholesale distributor of Panama Jack products from the Florida Panhandle all the way to the Everglades and the Coast of Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana.

By consolidating much of its beach-gear and apparel fulfillment under a single vendor, Panama Jack greatly streamlines its operations in one of its corend historicroduct categories.

Panama Jack announced the change Sept. 15 along with expanded license agreements with six other companies that make case goods, linens, rugs, headwear, eyewear and driinkwear - and for the first time- dog beds under its brand.

“We continue to build Panama Jack’s universal appeal as a leading lifestyle brand globally by developing markets around the world where the fun, casual, family-centric nature of our brand resonates well,” said Panama Jack CEO Kim Manna. “Wherever we go and whatever we offer, we always stay true to our brand’s mindset and lifestyle.”
