The Bottles Come with a Full Body Sleeve Featuring The Main Ingredient for Each Variety

Creamed vegetables manufacturer in Italy Serbosco has launched its products in multi-layer polypropylene squeezy plastic bottles from RPC Containers Corby. The bottles incorporate an inner layer of ethylene vinyl alcohol (EVOH) to prevent oxygen ingress and extend the shelf life of the products by one year.

The 670ml 'top down' Orion bottle was supplied by RPC Corby and a 38mm valveless cap for the bottle was provided by RPC Halstead. The new packaging is expected to deliver brand image, safety and convenience benefits.

According to RPC, the bottles come with a full body sleeve featuring the main ingredient for each variety. They are lightweight for easy handling by the consumer and their squeezy properties ensure simple dispensing and accurate portion control.

Serbosco said the convenience and resistance to shattering features of the Orion bottle are equally valuable during the filling and distribution process.

Earlier the company has been offering the products in glass bottles and tin cans and was on lookout for a new and convenient format to refresh the brand. Its creamed vegetable range includes Radish, Artichoke, Pepper, Porcini Mushroom, Asparagus, Butternut Squash and Truffle.
