Reading Truck Body Group Has Launched Its New CSV Models in The Home-Market

US based vehicle manufacturer Reading Truck Body group has launched its new Classic Service Van (CSV) models in the home-market.

The new CSV is made with welded design construction in addition to using aluminum alloy and extrusions that are claimed to reduce the vehicle's weight by 210lbs compared to its predecessor.

Available in two models including CSV57 and CSV75, which are said to be over 50% lighter than the steel bodies.

According to the company, the vehicles offer better payload capacity, improved fuel efficiency as well as less wear and tear on the chassis.

The new vehicles are manufactured at the company's Reading plant in Pennsylvania, while their aluminum bodies are coated with the company's E-Coat and powder coat process.

CSVs come with wheelhouse panel, shuttle panel pass through, flush mount floor to threshold channel, hidden hinge technology with recessed and concealed hardware and LED lighting.

Additionally, the vehicles have optional security systems including the master locking system or the Reading Latch-Matic system.
