The firm has announced its strongest UK profits yet, as well as the appointment of a new national account manager.
Schleich UK has reported its strongest ever earnings in Q1 for 2017. Following a record breaking 2016, the company has had strong double-digit growth compared to Q1 in 2016.
The firm reports that contributing to the unprecedented growth is the ongoing development of Schleich’s ranges. The theme of Schleich Play Worlds was built upon even further in Q1 with more competitively priced boxed sets available across all key product collections. Consequently boxed sets are growing in share within the UK business and this offering has also seen Schleich secure listings within key new distribution channels and target customers.
“It is enormously pleasing to see our ongoing focus on retail presence and evolving product offer translate into consistently strong sales growth, and new customer listings," commented Jeremy Robinson, country manager for Schliech UK. "We are now better placed than ever before to support our entire customer base with dedicated resources and support to ensure this growth continues.”
Schleich UK has also welcomed Kingsley Li to the team as national account manager. Having previously worked for Playmobil and Epoch, Li will help the business manage its growing portfolio of existing accounts and also focus on new business development.
