Recently , the powder output of Baosteel #1 production line for industrialization project of Fe2O3 comprehensive utilization reached 502.82 tons in July, with the product percent of pass reaching 100%, taking the lead in realizing the designed capacity.
To realize the unit stability as soon as possible and ensure the product quality, Baosteel Magnetics vigorously carried out the on-the-job training to improve the skill&quality of on-site operators, further optimized the processing, perfected the equipment performance and solved the problems encountered in pilot production. In July this year, Baosteel Magnetics launched specific labour emulation, encouraged all staff to give full play to the advantages of products production scale as soon as possible and improved the market competitiveness surrounding the "double standards" goal (equipment standard, processing standard). Baosteel Magnetics also combined the labour emulation with production&management and cultivating high-quality staff team, ensured the activities carrying out effectively with all the staff participating and interacting. With the cooperation of all departments, functional modules and equipment maintenance units, all staff overcame various unfavorable factors caused by the high temperature.
