Panasonic will create new solutions that incorporate Panasonic's broad array of product technology, including professional displays and broadcast equipment, and an extensive suite of services including global logistics, financing and deep engineering services and support. This will be offered through an extensive network of channel partners.

"We see tremendous potential for new innovations for the customer," said Jim Doyle, President of the Panasonic Eco Solutions North America. "We have pulled together an experienced group of cross-functional resources from across the world that will work with our channel partners to deploy customer-centric solutions that leverage and expand upon the amazing collection of technologies and capabilities we have in this new relationship. Available is the Lighthouse CPS-HD combination scalar / processor that incorporates video processing and scaling technology from the same team that developed Panasonic's Astrovision video processing platform."

Peter Chan, the Managing Director of Lighthouse said, "Through Panasonic's distributions channels, Lighthouse will continue to bring its portfolio of LED video display products to the North American market, including its market leading outdoor Surface Mounted Device (SMD) LED technology."

Lighthouse, Panasonic and its channel partners have already independently delivered a broad range of projects using Lighthouse LED video display solutions in professional athletics and collegiate stadiums and arenas including those of Ohio State, Michigan State University, University of Michigan, American Airlines Center, BMO Harris Bradley Center, BC Place, LP Field, home of the Tennessee Titans, and the USTA/Billie Jean King Tennis Center in New York City.

"Our relationship is global in scope" Mr. Doyle said. "The partners will bring together deep experience and remarkable market reach as we introduce these exciting new technologies and solutions to our customers across the world. We have been working on this collaborative effort for quite some time and are deploying the results of that relationship immediately in North America."

"We're proud to partner with Panasonic and look forward to delivering superior products to professional and collegiate facilities as well as media and entertainment opportunities. We believe this makes Lighthouse and Panasonic a preferred choice among venue owners, executives and consultants for LED video display products and solutions." said Peter Chan, Managing Director, Lighthouse Technologies.

Panasonic Eco Solutions North America will continue to deploy solutions directly to customers in markets where the direct capability of Panasonic best matches customer needs. The combination of direct and indirect sales and delivery channels will provide North American customers with a number of options to meet their unique needs.
