Founded in 1932, Zalkin has customers across a range of industries including food, beverage, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, and industrial products.
The company manufactures screw, push-on, and Roll-on Pilfer Proof (ROPP) capping machines, as well as cap sorters, elevators, and decappers.
Zalkin’s current management team and employees will continue to operate from their facilities in France.
The transaction is expected to be finalised in early 2014, pending antitrust approval.
