Aperam Luxemburg based stainless steel producer Aperam realized sales revenues of US$1.269 billion in the first quarter of this year, falling by 2% from US$1.294 billion in the fourth quarter of 2012. In the first quarter of this year, the company’s shipments of stainless steel products totaled 401,000 tons, down by 1% from a quarter ago. However, Aperam’s EBITDA jumped to US$65 million in the first quarter of this year from US$43 million in the previous quarter.
