Taiwan's Ministry of Finance Has Determined The Final AD duties

It's reported that Taiwan's ministry of Finance has determined the final antidumping (AD) duties on imported stainless cold rolled products from China and Korea since November 22nd. The duty rate will be imposed from 20.18% to 38.11%, affected the austenitic grades including 301, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, and 321 with the thicknesses below 4.75mm. According to report, Chinese Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel, Tianjin Taigang Tianguan Stainless Steel, Tisco Stainless Steel (HK) Ltd, and Tisco Trading (HK) Ltd, will be levied by 20.18% of anti-dumping duties, and imports from other Chinese producers and exporters will be imposed by 38.11%. On the other hand, Korean steel mills such as Posco, Daewoo International Corp, GS Global Corp, Hyosung Corp and Hyundai Corp will be levied around 26.53% and other steelmakers from Korea about 37.65%. The announcement of final AD duties in fact is lower than initial release, which was around 20.52%~46.02% introduced on August 15th.
