AirMatrix Surface Mount Electronic Fuses for LED Lighting Applications Released by AEM

AEM Components released AirMatrix 2410 range of surface mount electronic fuses for LED lighting applications.

The AirMatrix 2410 fuses have a very small fuse body with a voltage rating of 250 V AC.These fuses, which are used in LED lighting applications, are designed to offer AC line overcurrent protection.

AEM's AirMatrix 2410 is offered in an EIA 2410 rated package that is compact in size. This compact size makes it ideal for assemblies of LED light bulbs, which have constrained board space, and also for other limited space applications. The temperature range in which AirMatrix 2410 operates is between-55 °C and 125 °C.This range of AirMatrix 2410 surface mount electronic fuses also complies with CQC,TUV,PSE,UL,and most of the other safety standards. The compact The AirMatrix 2410 package is suitable to be used with standard pick-and-place technology, and also allows flexibility in board placement.

AEM Components(USA)is a provider of ESD suppressors, multilayer varistors(MLV),surface mount fuses, and similar other circuit protection components. The company's AirMatrix surface mount devices(SMD)are free from halogen and lead. These devices also comply with RoHS specifications.

The range of current/voltage ratings in which AirMatrix 2410 fuses are available include 12 A-20 A(65 V AC/65 V DC),2.5A-10 A(125 V AC/125 V DC)and 0.5A-2A(250 V AC/125 V DC).This compatibility of voltage ranges enable the AirMatrix fuses to be used in most of the common DC and AC applications, which include medical and industrial equipment, storage and server systems, battery packs, networking and telecommunications equipment,LCD televisions, backlight drivers and power adapters.
