Ian Macleod Distillers Unveils New Packaging for Two Blended Whiskies

Scotland-based Ian Macleod Distillers has unveiled new label and carton designs for Pig’s Nose and Sheep Dip blended whiskies.

The blended whiskies, which are produced in Scotland, are also available in different countries such as Russia, Germany, Italy, France and the US.

Ian Macleod has revamped the packaging to enhance the shelf appeal of both whiskies in domestic and international markets.

London-based packaging experts Stranger and Stranger has designed a new carton for Sheep Dip, which is a small batch and premium blend of 16 single malts with 40% ABV.

With an 40% ABV, the Pig’s Nose features an illustration of the spirit’s namesake on center stage.

Ian Macleod Distillers commercial director Neil Boyd said: “We are delighted to reveal the new packaging designs for our blended whiskies, Pig’s Nose and Sheep Dip.

“The refresh celebrates the growing global momentum for both brands and our continued commitment to premium, small batch spirit for the modern Scotch whisky drinker.

“We look forward to rolling out the new designs with immediate effect in all territories and beginning an exciting next chapter for these two iconic brands.”

Founded in 1933, Ian Macleod is an independent family-owned distiller, blender and bottler, which produces and markets around 15 million bottles of spirit per year.

The distiller produces brands such as Edinburgh Gin, Glengoyne and Tamdhu.
