Print and visual communications specialist Callprint has announced plans for a fast-track recruitment drive as it embarks on plans to grow and develop its business to achieve its target of £25m in the next two years.
The latest announcement follows Callprint’s recent statement of intention to grow and develop its business operations, following the addition of Jupiter Visual Communications as a stand -alone business, and the intention to grow and develop its business through a process of organic acquisitions and recruitment of new personnel.
Speaking about the recruitment drive, Group Managing Director, Steve Cheek, revealed, “The Callprint business has a great history, strength, and stability together with a loyal staff and client base.
“As we expand, we want to be in a position to maximise this, and to achieve this we need to enhance our production side, as well as bringing in top sales staff.”
Steve added, “We want to recruit production focused staff who have lots of industry experience, but currently feel they are in a company where there is not a lot of vision.”
“We have a clear plan. We are well run, and it’s now the right time for us to employ new staff in key areas to enhance what we have already. With London being such a key hub, this will be the main priority, quickly followed by our businesses in the regions.
“With the business set to double in size in the next two years, we want people to come along for the ride!”
Steve concluded, “Some of our key sites will become 24/7 operations, and with that in mind we need to enhance our support staff. On our repro side we have huge capacity, and we are looking for core repro sales staff who again want to come along for the experience.”
