According to the newest production and sales data CAMM released, the light-duty trucks sales of May are 60500 units, down by 2% year on year. From Jan to May, China light-duty trucks have been totally delivered three hundred and ten thousand units, down by 8% year on year.
Among them, JAC sold 150000 units light trucks in May, up by 15% year on year; that of DONGFENG in May is 5400 units, up by 12% year on year; YUEJIN delivered 2500 units light trucks, up by 7% year on year; Red Tower sold 1900 units light trucks in May, up by 47% year on year.
And four manufacturers sales declined in this month, the sale of FOTON is 20600 units, down by 8% year on year; JMC delivered 7900 units light trucks and pick-ups, down by 16% year on year; KAMA sold 3200 units light trucks in May, down by 14% year on year; QINGLING sold 2600 units light trucks in May, down by 6% year on year.
In the sales top 10 light trucks enterprises, Red Tower year-on-year growth is 47% which is the highest; and the growth of JMC is -56.47% which is the lowest.
In May overall sale of JAC light trucks is 15500 units, an increase of 15% year on year; the sales amount of 2016 are 82000 , a total increase of 20%, becoming one of the fastest growing light trucks manufacturer in the industry's top ten enterprises.
