Pfleiderer Has Managed to Substantiate The Selling Process

In recent weeks Pfleiderer has managed to substantiate the selling process, already prepared for a period of several months, for the European and North American laminate flooring activities which are consolidated in Pergo. At the end of January 2012 the French commercial bank BNP Paribas, which had already been appointed to arrange the sale in the course of the third quarter of 2011, sent out two separate selling brochures for the European and North American Pergo activities to potentially interested parties. These compact brochures contain information concerning the development of turnover and results last year as well as planning for 2012, for example. In the second half of February more detailed sales literature regarding the two business units for sale and their business developments (information memorandum) were issued by BNP Paribas. On the basis of this sales literature interested companies are to submit a non-binding offer by the end of March. Subsequently selected bidders are to have the opportunity to conduct a due diligence.
