NIVISS Designed and Implemented a New Series of RGB LED Engines

Niviss RGB LED Modules Illuminate The Slaska-Dabrowski Bridge in Warsaw

NIVISS, one of the fastest growing companies in the LED lighting sector, designed and implemented a new series of RGB LED Engines for decorative illumination of one of the bridges in the Polish capital city.

The core of each lamp are 36 Cree XLamp XP-E LEDs (12 red, 12 green, 12 blue) combined with optics supplied by LEDLINK and mounted on high quality aluminum MCPCBs characterized by high thermal conductivity.

The whole project, consisting of 192 lamps, has been designed to highlight the character of the bridge, as well as to accentuate both sides and the bottom of this construction.

Key features of the light sources illuminating the bridge are reliability and vibration resistance. These two parameters, prestige of the realization and high maintenance costs determined choosing RGB LED modules designed and manufactured by Niviss.

Worth mentioning is the fact that at the drive current of 700mA the power consumption of one lamp is only 80W. A similar installation made of halogen light sources with filters consumed about 10 times more power.
