It Came to a Successful Conclusion on November 22, 2013 at Yiwu International Expo Center

The 14th China (Yiwu) International Exhibition on Hosiery, Knitting, Dyeing and Finishing Machinery (hereinafter named as "Yiwu Knitting 2013") and The 3rd China (Yiwu) International Exhibition on Automatic Garment Machinery & Sewing Equipment (hereinafter named as "Yiwu Sewing 2013") came to a successful conclusion on November 22, 2013 at Yiwu International Expo Center, Zhejiang, China.

Occupying 15,000sqm exhibition area, the exhibitions attracted 206 exhibitors from 11 countries and regions, displayed up to 730 units of machines onsite. The four-day exhibition attracted 9,522 visitor attendance from both home and abroad, of whom 5.1% were overseas visitors.

This year, international textile industry faced a gloomy situation. Due to fluctuation in raw material price and exchange rate, rising labor cost and loss of comparative advantages in international market, in addition to the impact from European and U.S. financial crisis, China's textile industry is misted in an uncertain environment.

Under these situations, "Yiwu Knitting 2013" and "Yiwu Sewing 2013" leveraged previous experience, promoted innovation and created a professional exchange platform for exhibitors and buyers to assist enterprises with technical innovation, transformation and upgrading.

Branded Exhibitions to Meet Market Needs

Through constant accumulation and improvement in the past 13 years, "Yiwu Knitting 2013" and "Yiwu Sewing 2013" has shaped an enormous professional buyer database and invited these professional buyers to participate in the exhibitions; meanwhile, the organizers have been making constant efforts to identify new buyers and visitors to provide exhibitors with more professional buyers and visitors.

The shows have received vigorous support from various sectors and about 10 associations and enterprises organized delegates to participate, including Haimen Garment Chamber of Commerce, Yiwu Putian Chamber of Commerce, Pujiang Leggings Industry Association, Northeast Hosiery Industrial Park and China Textile Chamber of Commerce Underwear Sub-Committee; and those that provide continuous support to the shows in the past years including Haining Hosiery Association, Wenzhou Women's Wear Chamber of Commerce and Pujiang Knitwear Printing & Dyeing Association; Mengna Hosiery, Langsha Group, Bonas Hosiery, Manzi Hosiery, Wanyu Knit, Bailong Knit, Sanding Weaving, Lima Knit, Ranni Dress and Leshi Garment, etc.

The participation of these star-level buyers highlighted their recognition and affirmation to the exhibitions and provided unlimited business opportunities for exhibitors.
