Furniture Brands International announced that Rick Stroud has been appointed as Vice President, Sales for Thomasville. Stroud will be responsible for leading the Thomasville gallery sales organization and will oversee the management of all Thomasville retail gallery accounts. Stroud reports to Ed Teplitz, President of Thomasville and Drexel Heritage Furniture.
Stroud most recently served as National Sales Manager for Hekman Furniture, where he led their sales team. Prior to this, he held various positions in furniture sales management with Futura Leather, Progressive Furniture, Silver Furniture and Royal Patina. Stroud also was the President and Owner of SOS, Inc., a product sourcing company.
