Chadwicks, a Clondalkin Group company, is set to design new pre-cut lids for the UK-based dairy firm Stapleton's complete yoghurt products range.
The latest decision is said to be Stapleton's move to manage its changeover from aluminum to plastic lidding across the range.
As part of the deal, Chadwicks will provide 17 different lid designs for Stapleton's four product ranges.
In addition, the company will offer four designs for the Dutch and Belgian ranges of the dairy firm.
Stapleton marketing and communications manager Beth Duncan said the company has selected Chadwicks due to its technical expertise and experience of working with various lidding materials.
"Until recently - when a customer approached us requesting polyester lids - we'd always used aluminium lids on our products," Duncan added.
Stapleton, which was content with the end result, deciced to move all its lids to polyester.
Chadwicks helped the company by making modifications to its existing equipment and supported by offering material advice on its pots, run test trials. The company also advised on designs and color.
Chadwicks customer care administrator Vicki Slater said the company is looking forward to work on the rest of Stapleton's range going forward.
"It's very important to us that we deliver excellent quality products for our customers which is why we spend time in the development stage supporting clients to make sure we deliver exactly what they need," Slater added.
Heat seal, pre-cut lid manufacture technology provider Chadwicks' products are used across varied markets including dairy, food and drinks.
The company has 50 cutting presses at its disposal as well as access to over 300 tool sizes, and is capable of supplying lids in more than 300 shapes and sizes.
