Methods Workshop LLC Will Present Its Latest Sewn Products Solutions in Mexico

Methods Workshop LLC will present its latest sewn products engineering and labor costing solutions at the Expo Producción tradeshow on February 5-7 in Mexico City, Mexico.

In Booth #1918, attendees can get hands-on demonstrations of Engineered TruCost, the industry standard for production costing and methods engineering, and the newly redesigned pre-production cost estimating companion Quick TruCost.

According to John Stern, President of Methods Workshop, “We look forward to meeting many new and existing customers at this important event. We have a number of new time- and cost-saving capabilities that can help manufacturers reduce costs, streamline cycle times and grow their business.

Engineered TruCost utilizes methods time measurement (MTM) standards that enable engineering, product development, sourcing, and production professionals to quickly and accurately predict product costs, define operational best practices, and benchmark manufacturing performance against global standards.

Quick TruCost (QTC) can be used as either a companion or stand-alone costing solution for early-stage design and development needs.  Based on answers to eight to ten simple product description questions, QTC provides an immediate estimate of total manufacturing costs with significantly higher accuracies compared to traditional methods.
