Mexico's Consumption of Steel Long Products in April Rises by 3.2% From a Month Ago

According to data from Mexico’s association of steel distributors (Conadiac), the country’s consumption of steel long products totaled 574,407 tons in April, rising by 3.2% from a month ago.

In April, the country’s consumption of rebar totaled 214,986 tons, down by 1% from a month ago.

In the first four months of this year, Mexico’s consumption of steel long products amounted to 2.33 million tons, decreasing by 6.2% year on year.

Among them, the rebar shipments totaled 574,407 tons, rising by 3.2% year on year.
