Nosco Has Commenced Operations at Its New Manufacturing Facility

Pharmaceutical printing and packaging products supplier Nosco has commenced operations at its new manufacturing facility in Bucks County, Pennsylvania in the US.

The company has developed over 22,820ft2 site in Bristol Township to establish the all-digital manufacturing facility.

Nosco is expected to invest about $7m and create 51 new jobs with the project.

Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett said manufacturing, an industry once thought to be lost, is coming back well.

"Nosco recognized our potential and selected southeast Pennsylvania to locate its first operations in the northeast US," Corbett said.

Nosco president Russ Haraf said, "Nosco's customers in the Northeast have consistently asked that we bring our 100 percent employee-owned culture closer to serve them with faster cycle times and lower total costs for packaging components."

Nosco, a subsidiary of Holden Industries, provides healthcare packaging and serves more than 350 customers, primarily in regulated industries.
