Linrui Mei, the chairman of Xiamen Guangpu Electronics Co., Ltd, told reporters that users can selectively accelerate the growth of plants in whole or in part to improve production, sweetness and the taste by controlling the wavelength, frequency, time and light brightness of LED lights, which is an advantage the traditional plant growth lamps cannot match.
Different plants have different characteristics, it is better to give different light to plants in different growth stages. The best way is to make customized lighting solution for each plant. Linrui Mei said that the company cooperated with the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Science, Provincial Agricultural University and the Provincial Institute of Subtropical Botany have established seven models for the plants like anoectochilus formosanus. Xiamen Huangpu Electronics Co., Ltd intends to cooperate with Yunnan to establish models for rare medicinal herbs.
