US-based provider of Packaging Execution System (PES) technology Systech International has announced the acquisition of Apostrophe Systems, a SaaS and Cloud Services software company.
According to Systech, the acquisition enables the company to strengthen its position in the Cloud Services serialization market. Serialization is the process of generating, encoding, verifying and managing a unique identity on the smallest physical package.
Apostrophe Systems president Robert Magee said the solutions enable the market to deploy RFID and bar-coding solutions quickly in the cloud or on any type of computer or embedded device.
"We are excited to join Systech, enabling us to create new and exciting features leveraging the incredible value inherent in the holistic solution Systech is famous for," Magee added.
