Konica Minolta Launches Accuriolabel 190 Full-Digital Toner Press

Konica Minolta has launched AccurioLabel 190 full-digital toner press for the European market.

Shipping of the AccurioLabel 190 full-digital toner press, developed and manufactured in cooperation with Danish company Grafisk Maskinfabrik (GM), is expected to begin in December.

The company has demonstrated a range of products and solutions for label, industrial and commercial printing customers at Labelexpo.

The Konica Minolta AccurioLabel 190 is easy to operate and offers benefits of stable color consistency and 1200x1200 dpi offset-style quality. The machine also prevents the need for pre-coating.

The AccurioLabel 190, which features a web guiding system as a standard, is an improvement to Konica Minolta’s C71cf, the first full-digital label press system, which was launched at Labelexpo two years ago.

At Labelexpo 2017, the company demonstrated the capability of the AccurioLabel 190 to work either as inline-finishing solution together with the GM DC330Mini or for the two devices to work as stand-alone solutions.

The AccurioPro Label Impose software ensures fast and efficient imposition of label.

Konica Minolta and its strategic partner MGI Digital Technology will also unveil new digital embellishment press, JETvarnish 3DWeb, for label and flexible packaging, including shrink film.

The digital inkjet press has been designed to produce in-line flat and 3D spot UV coating, 3D embossed varnish textures, and flat and embossed foil effects.

The product also includes a flexo priming station for uncoated material surface management and a semi-rotary die-cutting system at the end of the production.

Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Konica Minolta, Japan, has operations in more than 80 countries in Europe, Central Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
