Leavitt Group Merged Three Southern California Agencies to Boost Operational Efficiency

Leavitt Group has merged its three Southern California agencies, including Valley Insurance Service, Leavitt Benefits Insurance Services of Southern California and Pridemark-Everest Insurance Services, to boost operational efficiency.

According to the insurer, all three agencies will join together in the existing Santa Ana location and will be re-branded as Leavitt Insurance Services of Southern California.

Leavitt Group noted that the integration will not affect current accounts, and clients will remain associated with the same personnel with whom they are familiar.

The company said that the three agencies have been operating in their region for many years, and their integration will boost their ability to best serve the marketplace, leveraging their agencies' broad set of capabilities in insurance, employee benefits, and risk management.

A managing principal of the combined agency Angelo Maroutsos said, "Our offices have long collaborated with each other, and this merger is a natural extension of our teamwork."

"The merger will allow us to increase our efficiencies, enhance our resources, and ultimately -- and most importantly -- better serve our clients."

Privately-held insurance brokerage, Leavitt Group offers property and casualty insurance, risk management, employee benefits solutions, among other services.
