Alkame Holdings to Launch One of The Most Exciting Products to Enter The Baby Industry

Alkame Holdings, a health and wellness technology holding company with a focus on patentable, innovative, and eco-friendly products has signed a binding Letter of Intent with Ready Made to form a joint venture to produce the world's only disposable single use ready to serve baby bottle.

Alkame Holdings now owns the patents and rights on the proprietary technologically advanced process in water treatment systems for complete hydration and expands the Company's distribution globally.

Alkame's patented technology creates water with several unique properties which allow the body to absorb and utilize the water more efficiently and help to achieve an optimal pH balance. This patented technology also increases the available oxygen content and absorbability which equates to more fuel for improved metabolic efficiency, boosted immune system, and improved cardio respiratory function.

The agreement provides for Alkame Holdings Inc. a 50% interest in the joint venture in return for providing the initial capital necessary to bring the product to market ready status along with providing Alkame' s patented water technology which will supply its all natural fluoride free electrolyte enhanced water.

Robert K. Eakle, CEO of Alkame Holdings stated, "We are excited to co-develop and bring to market the world's first and only single use ready to serve disposable baby bottle that is filled and fully assembled. We expect to launch a no mess, no fuss product that should offer a revolutionary alternative to current options for infant bottles. With our product, no longer will parents have to be concerned about sterilization, mixing, filling, or assembly. The Ready Made Single Use baby bottle requires no assembly, and is pre-filled with infant formula and packaged bacteria free with a 12 month shelf life. This agreement represents a potential sizeable revenue stream and profit margin for Alkame Holdings. Also, this newest Joint Venture will create a new product that utilizes our patented water technology, allowing us to enter into a new sector with minimal production risks, while increasing the overall portfolio of our company's holdings. Given the global need, the humanitarian aspect, and the international inquiries already received, we are very confident we will quickly complete all that is required including a stringent permitting process to bring our joint venture's product into production shortly."

The new product will incorporate Alkame's patented water technology with Ready Made's patented technology, that allows formula to flow into the teat simply by removing the pressurized cap. By eliminating the need for handling and assembly, we eliminate bacteria, commonly known threat to infants, especially those in humanitarian and disaster relief areas. Currently, bacterial contamination is the leading cause of infantile deaths.

According to Ready Made Inc. CEO Matthew Marsh, "We are thrilled to work with Alkame Holdings, Inc. and look ahead with great progress that cooperatively we can launch one of the most exciting products to enter the baby industry in years. During the JV's project's initial phase, we expect to launch a ready to drink bottle with clean nipple that will incorporate Alkame's premium fluoride-free water with enhanced electrolytes. This bottle will be ready to drink as is or can have formula added. During the project's proposed second phase, Alkame Holdings, Inc. plans to bring to market Ready Made bottles with formula included. Alkame's nursery water comes with natural electrolytes. This water allows for the mixture with formula and will not lump up, unlike other electrolyte enhanced waters that are made with large quantities of sodium or sugar."
