ABP planned to develop a "China Town" worth GBP 1 billion at London Royal Docks, which will be finalized soon and one of the largest investment projects by a Chinese company in the UK.
ABP hoped later this month to promise to build an integrated office building near the docks, marking the shift of the east London from a large port to an international business center.
ABP hoped to build it into a 24-hour miniature town to accommodate the headquarters of Europe-stationed Chinese enterprises.
