Lighting consultancy Office of Light has recently completed projects for newly opened branches of Burberry and Victoriaa Secret.
As Burberry opened its largest ever London store in Regent Street,Office of Light director Russell Lipscombe visualised contemporary lighting in a traditional environment.In the fitting rooms each customer is able to control the colour temperature of the rooms according to their mood or what they are wearing.
The main auditorium is illuminated with refurbished chandeliers and special light tracks containing all services.Throughout the project LED illuminates the cornice details and adds to the ambient light levels.Direct lighting is provided by Erco high-powered lighting so as not to affect the visibility of a triple height LCD screen.
Meanwhile at Victoriaa Secret,the four floors are lit using Flos fittings,with the whole building illuminated at night using automatic blinds that create light boxes.ACDC blade fixtures were used to light the window reveals.
There are three external terraces lit with ACDC blade lights for the hedge rows,iGuzzini LED uplights for the trees and Light Graphix external LED tubes for underlighting the concrete seating.
