It's reported that Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd(RINL),an Indian government-owned integrated steel producer has cooperated with the Russian steelmaker NLMK to build silicon steel facility. RINL has strong anxiety to build a cold rolled grain-oriented steel plant as India's domestic market relies on the most from imports. NLMK will provide its specialty to cooperate with RINL to improve coming decade of Indian's annual power generation volumes by producing transformers, key for generation along with electricity distribution.
